Hollywood is inundated with those promising to improve the quality of your script. Most writers feel a traditional Script Consultant’s feedback doesn’t necessarily help you sell or build your career writing for TV or Film. This is where I come in. I not only help improve your script or concept, I give you solid guidance on how to take you script to the next level creatively, and within business, increasing your chances of selling your project. I’m German-Michael Torres: Producer and Development Executive. Currently wrapped on a Romantic Comedy for Netflix, and developing a paranormal series for Fox Network. Past credits include a TV project with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and A-list producer Jasum Blum (Blumhouse, Paranormal Activities, Whiplash, The Gift, etc.) A working Producer you can find in various trade papers (see below)! I’ve been a working Producer, Director, Development Exec, and Literary Manager for TV, Film for almost 20 years. Which is why no book or seminar or conference will truly be able to help YOU sell YOUR idea or script. So, you won’t just receive 5-10 pages of scribbled coverage here. In even my most basic consultation, we set a time to sit down for up to 90 minutes, face to face or over Skype, and hash out what works, what doesn’t, and we end with a task you’ll need to complete before our follow-up call.

SCRIPT NOTES
For those with a completed script only. The most basic consultation. Consists of one 90 minute session (in person or through Skype) and one follow-up phone call, to happen after the task, given at the end of consultation, is complete. We will work on the essentials of making your story Hollywood ready. Includes 1 round of real professional notes, not basic "Coverage." Script must be sent at least one week prior to the scheduled session. |
THE GMT EXPERIENCE: YOUR PRODUCER
Taking it up a notch, this will be targeting the major elements to sell your script or idea and 1st phase strategy plan on how to approach the market. Consists of 3 sessions, up to 90 minutes each (in person or through Skype) and 3 follow-up phone calls, after each task, given at the end of each consultation, is complete. Script or Treatment/source material, must be sent at least one week prior to the scheduled sessions. - |
THE FULL PICTURE
The mother of all consultations! By the end of this option, you’ll have no excuse to not get into the room with Hollywood Execs to sell your script or idea . Consists of 6 sessions, up to 90 minutes each (in person or through Skype) and 6 follow-up phone calls. We will create a strategy plan on how to proceed with your project. After each session, a task will be given and have a date by which to complete. The follow-up calls will happen soon after. Script or Treatment/Source Material must be sent at least one week prior to the first scheduled session.
(* Please note that I will NOT be your manager and will not take any monies relate to your script or idea. This is advice and strategy only, however the same I would give my own literary clients).
